The Our Lady of Hope JV Cheerleaders competed in the 1st Annual Carusi Middle School Cheerleading and Dance Competition on January 20, 2012.  Eighteen cheerleaders from third, fourth and fifth grades had their best performance this season in front of a large crowd at this Cherry Hill public school.  The JV team competed against local teams comprised mostly of sixth, seventh and eighth graders.  Mr. Cafagna, as well as many OLOH families and friends came to show their support of the cheerleaders. 

By far the audience favorite, the cheerleaders performed to the popular song, “Party Rock Anthem.”  The cheerleaders rocked the crowd with their fun dance routine and amazing gymnastic stunts and pyramids.  This is the first competition for OLOH cheerleaders in more than six years.   Throughout January and February, the JV Cheerleaders will be performing at half-time of various OLOH home games.
