Requirements as:
An ABoard member is picked as a Liaison
for a particular sport, one that the member does
not have much or any involvement with. Their duty
to help the AD and principle monitor the program.
They are to attend practices and games as much as
they can to observe how things are being run, and
are primarily an outlet for any parent who either
does not feel comfortable confronting a coach, feels
they/children are not being treated fairly, or any
other issue that they cannot resolve with the coach.
They are to report the situations to the AD, and
in conjunction they will address the issues, on a
case by case basis, depending on the severity of
the issues. All issues are kept in confidence between
the parties involved and are not brought before the
ABoard and/or school administration unless they are
escalated to such an extent.
