Registration

Our Lady of Hope’s Athletic Association Registration Policy for School Year 2010-2011

  • If a player is withdrawn from the program before the league deadline, a full refund will be given
  • If a player is withdrawn from the program after the league deadline and the team is not fielded due to the player’s withdraw, a refund will not be given.
  • If a player is withdrawn from the program after the league deadline and the team is still able to be fielded, a refund will be at the consideration of the Athletic Board.
  • No refunds will be given after the official start date of each sport season. The Athletic Director will announce the official start date for each sport.
  • Late fees are abandoned since no registrations will be accepted after the stated deadlines as set by the Athletic Director.
  • All hardships cases forwarded to the Athletic Director will be considered by the Athletic Board.
  • The family rate will be $195.00 per family for any single sport

Fill out Registration Form, sign Parent's Code of Conduct, make check payable to
Our Lady of Hope
and send to:
Our Lady of Hope Regional School

or send check in with your child to school.
