Our Lady of Hope’s Athletic Association Registration Policy for School Year 2010-2011

If a player is withdrawn from the program before the league deadline, a full refund will be given

If a player is withdrawn from the program after the league deadline and the team is not fielded due to the player’s withdraw, a refund will not be given.

If a player is withdrawn from the program after the league deadline and the team is still able to be fielded, a refund will be at the consideration of the Athletic Board.

No refunds will be given after the official start date of each sport season. The Athletic Director will announce the official start date for each sport.

Late fees are abandoned since no registrations will be accepted after the stated deadlines as set by the Athletic Director.

All hardships cases forwarded to the Athletic Director will be considered by the Athletic Board.

The family rate will be $195.00 per family for any single sport

Fill out Registration Form, sign Parent's Code of Conduct, make check payable to
Our Lady of Hope

or send check in with your child to school.
