Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Rules
- 7 minute quarters
- 5 timeouts { 3 full 2 -30 }
- Press or trap only at the 2:00 minute mark of half time and end of game
- No press if up by more than 20 point
- Mercy rule – do not fast break – do not shoot three pointers – do not press –if up by more than 25 points
- Stop putting score up on board if both teams agree
- Regulation boys basketball – do not use the girls ball at the JV level
- $32 per ref - two refs per game
