In issuing all players uniforms, it is understood that: 

All uniforms are the property of Our Lady of Hope Athletic Association (“OLHAA”) and do not belong to the student athletes.

Therefore, in conjunction with being issued a uniform, parents agree to return the uniform to OLHAA at the end of the sport season at the announced date for uniform return.

If any uniform is not returned, it is the responsibility of parents of the athlete to pay for the uniform. 

The price of the uniform is $50.00.
